Picking and Transportation Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:Develop operational support plans for key scenarios (e.g., promotions, holidays, severe weather), defining objectives, resource requirements, and operational strategies, and produce detailed project checklists.Coordinate resources within and across departments, facilitate consensus, and drive efficient collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of operational plans.Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of site production plans based on volume forecasts and early warnings, and provide optimization recommendations.Monitor abnormal fluctuations in operational timeliness, analyze root causes, develop improvement plans, track implementation results, and continuously optimize on-time performance based on actual operations.Participate in day and night shift rotations to ensure 24/7 operational stability.Job Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, including 2+ years in operations assurance, planning, scheduling, or a related role.Bachelor’s degree or higher.Proficient in data analysis methods, familiar with sorting processes and related systems.Practical experience in planning and scheduling.
