Pit Supervisor

On behalf of our client, an international studio that produces content for iGaming operators, Manpower is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Pit Supervisor.Job description:Supervision of the studio: monitoring gaming processes and ensuring compliance with company rules and policiesOverseeing the performance of game presenters and shufflers on the floorMonitoring and cooperating with the Risk Management Department (detecting suspicious activities or potential fraud)Checking the quality of video and audio streams (mobile and desktop versions)Controlling and verifying the proper functioning of studio equipmentPreparing reports and maintaining incident documentationManaging gaming tables (opening/closing, publishing for clients, searching for information)Performing daily control of game statuses and payout accuracyForwarding incidents to relevant departmentsUpdating and maintaining documentationProviding hands-on training for new pit supervisorsResponding to emergency situations and technical issuesCollaborating with the Risk Management Department, Team Leaders, Tier 2 Support, Technical Operations (TechOps), and Customer SupportMeeting KPI targets defined for this roleRequirements:At least 3 years of experience within the gaming industryExcellent knowledge of gaming rules and proceduresUnderstanding of compliance standards in the gambling industryStrong command of English (B2/C1) and ability to maintain documentation in EnglishHigh level of attention to detail, responsibility, and stress resilienceAbility to make quick decisions in real-time situationsPrevious experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the gaming industry is an advantageBasic troubleshooting skills for web-based systemsFamiliarity with internal systems (back office, video surveillance, etc.)Strong leadership skills, ability to coordinate teams, and resolve conflictsWillingness to work in shiftsExperience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
