HonestyDuties And Responsibilities (not Limited Not)The Maintenance Planner plays a key role in enabling efficient and reliable maintenance execution by coordinating work orders, materials, and schedules. This role supports plant reliability by ensuring accurate planning, timely requisitioning, and effective collaboration with operations, stores, and maintenance teams. The Planner contributes directly to reducing downtime and improving asset performance through structured planning and continuous improvement. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring all work orders are detailed and resourced. Confirm material availability and load requisitions in the CMMS ahead of execution. Collaborate with Supervisors, Stores, and Production to align on priorities and resolve planning constraints. Monitor and report on planning KPIs, escalating delays and sharing insights with stakeholders.
