Roles And ResponsibilitiesCreate, update, and manage detailed EPC project plans and schedules for ongoing Retail Projects to ensure alignment with target timelines and deliverables.Coordinate closely with stakeholders to identify dependencies, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize project sequencing.Monitor and control project costs, implementing corrective measures for variances and preparing regular financial reports for management review.Liaise effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, vendors, and senior management, delivering accurate status updates and feedback.Facilitate resource allocation and forecasting to address shortfalls and surpluses, ensuring availability of skilled manpower and material resources.Analyze and mitigate potential project risks through proactive planning, contingency development, and ongoing scenario analysis.Support documentation, compliance, and audit requirements associated with project execution, maintaining accurate records for all phases.Continuously evaluate project performance metrics and implement improvement measures to drive efficiency, quality, and timely completion.Qualification : B.E (Civil) + PGDM
