Your ResponsibilitiesCreating schedule and understanding relationships between activitiesCollecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the scheduleIdentification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation planHighlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme TeamCoordinating progress and interfaces between the various project disciplinesProcessing technical, financial and staffing informationHere's what you'll needGood knowledge in use of MS ExcelKnowledge in use of Ms Project or Primavera P6Independent, pro-active, accurate, with strong analytical skillsExperience in engineering work processes,Excellent English oral and written communication skillsWe offerFull-time employment contract with salary corresponding to qualifications The possibility to work in the office or in a hybrid model (2 days a week in the office, the rest from home) Flexible working hours (we start between 730-1000), "Short Fridays" (Monday - Thursday 8.5h, Friday 6h), Membership in Jacobs social networks (Women's network, One World, PRISM, Careers Network, Collectively, SpeakUp and others) and participation in initiatives related to their activities, Benefits package (LuxMed medical package, additional life insurance, holiday allowance, multisport card co-financing, My Benefit cafeteria system, psychological care), Language courses (English, German, Polish), Holiday allowance („wczasy pod gruszą")We know that if we are inclusive, we’re more connected, and we’re more creative.
