You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and specialists on interesting projects and being part of a team that makes a difference.Job PurposeSupport the EMPA team to undertake a wide range of projects for both green-field and brown-field sites across Africa.ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers to manage projects and components of projectsMust be able to develop and sustain client and stakeholder relationshipsAssist with the management of small and large complex projects with guidanceAssist with the preparation of proposalsAssists with reportsMinimum RequirementsB.Sc. (Hons) or Masters in Environmental or Natural sciences or similar qualificationMust have a sound knowledge of environmental legislation and the EIA processMust be able to complete reports with guidanceProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelShould have a valid driver’s licenseSkills/ AttributesHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishExcellent time management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsShould be able to work well in a team and communicate confidently with othersSLR’s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered part of the recruitment process.
