For additional information, please contact the Emerging Talent Program at EmergingTalentProgram@ladodgers.com.Title: Planning & Development Intern Department: Planning & DevelopmentStatus: Intern (3-month program)Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + housing stipendInterviews for our 2026 Internship positions will take place in March 2026The Planning & Development department oversees all capital improvements to DodgerStadium. The projects that Planning & Development oversees range in scale from largeexpansion and infrastructure projects to displays and signage updates around the building.The department is also responsible for overseeing the collection and curation of theteam's memorabilia.Duties/ResponsibilitiesCurate new displays throughout the stadiumProcure office furniture and artworkResearch trends in stadium designMeet with vendors to obtain estimates for new projectsOversee installations with vendorsAudit signage throughout the stadiumOther duties as assigned Basic Requirements/QualificationsInterest in architecture or urban planning or construction is a plus Independent worker Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment Must have a can-do attitude and be team oriented Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other variable hours as neededMust be a rising sophomore, junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree OR are currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institutionMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 3-month program during the summer monthsUnrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work, 15% cross-functional project experience, and 5% additional programming. Interns collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on, department-specific experience under a dedicated manager. The program is 100% in-person/onsite.
