Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and own the Level 2/3 Master Schedule for multiple projects, covering all phases from land acquisition, design, permitting, procurement, to construction and handover.Ensure all schedules are fully Resource and Cost-Loaded to enable accurate cash flow forecasting and budget control.Conduct regular Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify potential bottlenecks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, S-Curves, and detailed performance dashboards utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.Track key regulatory and financial milestones essential for real estate development (e.g., zoning approvals, loan drawdowns).Collaborate with the Development and Commercial teams to incorporate and mitigate risks associated with long-lead procurement items and statutory approvals.Evaluate the time and cost impact of project changes and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.Interface directly with Project Managers, Design Consultants, and Site Engineers to gather accurate progress data and validate logic.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering field.3 years of hands-on experience as a Planning Engineer or Project Scheduler.Proven experience in real estate development, commercial building, or residential construction projects is highly preferred.Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 High proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Strong understanding of project management principles, WBS creation, resource leveling, and variance analysis.
