Planning Engineer

We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer - Arabic Speaking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, in addition to coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery and performance.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules (baseline and revised).Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks.Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to gather progress data.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.Analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions where necessary.Support in resource planning and cost loading when required.Participate in project meetings and present schedule updates.Ensure adherence to planning standards, contractual requirements, and project timelines.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.5–8 years of experience in Planning within construction projects.Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.Strong knowledge of project control principles and scheduling techniques.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Fluency in Arabic is required.Previous experience in KSA and knowledge of local procedures is a must.
