Planning Engineer

🚨 We’re Hiring: Planning Engineer (3–6 Years Experience)MOHAMED ABOUSAMRA DESIGNS, a leading Architecture and Interior Design Company in Egypt is expanding its project management team.We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our growing organization and contribute to the successful execution of our diverse residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.This position plays a vital role in project scheduling, performance monitoring, and resource coordination, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.Track progress against the baseline schedule and identify potential delays or deviations.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and time impact analyses.Monitor resource allocation (labor, materials, and equipment) to optimize productivity.Support project management in forecasting, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing time extension and recovery plans when required.Ensure that all project documentation and schedules comply with contractual and company requirements.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3–6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer within the construction, finishing, or fit-out industry.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office applications.Strong knowledge of project management principles, critical path analysis, and progress measurement systems.Solid understanding of construction sequences, methods, and resource planning.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Strong communication and coordination abilities with project and site teams.📍 Location: New Cairo, Egypt🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeJoin MOHAMED ABOUSAMRA DESIGNS and play an essential role in turning visionary designs into precisely executed, high-quality spaces through structured planning and project control excellence.
