Position: Certification Planning ExecutiveWe are looking for experienced talent as a Certification Planning Executive based at Bureau Veritas Pakistan, Islamabad.Role StatementThe job incumbent is responsible for Certification Planning Executive.He performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics, and the BV Group policies.ResponsibilitiesThe Certification Planning Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily testing, inspection, and certification activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.familiar with Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) processes.Handle of quality standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental protection measures.Ensure to schedule the audit minimum for three months ahead.Supervise the communication between client and auditor. Responsible to issue a tentative audit plan to the client before a final audit plan is issued by the auditor. Ensure to issue an invoice to the client after completion of the audit delivery immediately.Keep, maintain, and update relevant data/records.Any other task assigned by management.Qualifications, Experience, & Other SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.1-3 years of experience in a training & certification industry. Relevant certifications or qualifications in TIC or related fields.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
