Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related discipline).Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project planning and controls for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / Industrial EPC projects.At least 5 years in a managerial or lead planner role handling multi-disciplinary mega-projects.Expert user of Primavera P6 (EPPM / Professional); strong Excel, MS Project, and Power BI skills are an advantage.In-depth understanding of EPC work processes, construction sequencing, and commissioning logic.Experience in EOT claims, forensic schedule analysis, and earned value techniques.Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred.Knowledge of ARAMCO, SABIC, or other major client procedures is a strong plus.
