Parsons is to be engaged as the Engineer and the construction supervision consultant responsible for administering the contract and overseeing delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.What Required Skills You'll BringProvide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change management and reporting for the entire projectProvide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to planning & risk staff, interface with clients, and attend regular meetingsDevelop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools and monitor complianceProvide guidance and direction for the resolution of planning and issues as they ariseSet-up Primavera Project Management System P6 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholdersPrepare the Integrated master program for the projectEstablish/deliver formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and projectArrange project controls workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their project control issuesReview & challenge any claims and EOT requestsReview consultants & contractors programs received and analyze them in line with the contractual requirementsAble to assess and analyze the impact(s) of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.Coordinates execution of effective Project Risk Management across the project.What Desired Skills You'll BringBachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management from a recognized institution.Minimum 15 years post-graduate experience in similar roles on infrastructure projects.Previous experience in Planning & Scheduling, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis, and Extension of Time ClaimsThorough knowledge of industry best practices and regulationsParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
