Responsabilities• Lead the planning team in developing short- and long-term operational and project plans.• Monitor project timelines and ensure alignment with overall objectives and deadlines.• Coordinate with departments such as procurement, engineering, and logistics to gather data and update schedules.• Analyze risks and constraints affecting timelines or resource availability; propose mitigation strategies.• Prepare and present regular reports on progress, variances, and performance indicators to senior management.• Oversee resource planning, capacity utilization, and workload balancing.• Maintain planning software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to planning staff.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s is a plus).• 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations management.• 5+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role.• Proficient in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, ERP systems
