The Opportunity As Our Planning Officer, You WillDevelop strategic documents that guide operations of the NFAEP to successfully eradicate RIFA from Australia - with support from senior team members (i.e. Response Plan, annual work plan and stream strategies).Engage with staff in annual planning (development, coordination, implementation and evaluation) to empower each stream to achieve the NFAEP visionSupport stream planning activities and support the development of strategies and plans using project management methodsCollaborate effectively with staff, stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and identify issues.Prepare and review project documents, briefing notes, reports and correspondence of a complex natureYou may also have - While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role experience in project management skills will be highly regarded.Citizenship Or Visa RequirementsTo be eligible for this opportunity, you must be an Australian citizen, hold permanent residency status, or possess a visa allowing you to work in Australia.If You Are Not An Australian Citizen, You Mustprovide evidence of your residency status or visa, along with your right to work (including any conditions and/or restrictionsinform the department if your right to work in Australia ceases.Join us and help preserve and protect Queensland's biosecurity.
