Planning & Performance Analyst

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Planning & Performance Analyst (Business Reporting Analyst) to join our Capacity Planning & BI team in Tilburg.In this role, you’ll lead the automation of our workforce planning processes and play a key part in optimizing daily planning operations. You’ll act as the central link between our customer, internal teams, and staffing partners, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate forecasting, and efficient resource allocation across the warehouse.Your Responsibilities:Taking the lead in designing and delivering our workforce planning automation project — from idea to successful rollout.Acting as the connecting voice between our customer, internal teams, and staffing partners, ensuring collaboration and smooth communication every day.Driving efficiency by coordinating daily workforce planning and adapting quickly to evolving operational needs.Balancing people and performance — matching workforce capacity with demand to ensure the right people are available at the right time.Turning insights into action by analyzing short- and mid-term capacity forecasts and recommending smart, practical solutions.Shaping smarter planning systems by translating business needs into clear, effective planning tools and configurations.Empowering data-driven decisions through continuous monitoring and analysis of workforce trends and performance metrics.Your Profile:Completed higher education studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.Approximately 2–3 years of successful professional experience in an international setting, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.A good understanding of logistics processes, planning tools, and how data can drive better decisions.Strong skills in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and process improvement, with a passion for making systems smarter and more efficient.Analytical and curious: You love working with data, uncovering trends, and transforming insights into real-world improvements.A natural communicator: You have the ability to explain complex ideas clearly — in English as well as Dutch — and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds.Collaborative and proactive: You thrive in a team environment and take the initiative to move projects forward.Problem-solver at heart: You enjoy tackling challenges, getting to the root cause, and coming up with creative, practical solutions.Detail-oriented and reliable: You take pride in doing things right, staying focused, and keeping everything on track.Critical thinker: You can see the bigger picture, identify gaps, and think strategically under pressure.Results-driven: You stay positive, organized, and committed — even when priorities shift.CompensationDP World offers exciting and challenging roles within a growing international organization.
