The company’s collaborative and knowledge-driven environment positively influences its projects and consistently drives its success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for a Planning Team Leader. The Planning Team Leader will oversee and coordinate demand planning and production planning to align with project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to forecast workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The role also requires providing leadership to planning staff, fostering communication, and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.Job Responsibilities: Review and approve Milestone and Baseline Schedules across assigned projects.Oversee the planning component of Tender Studies, ensuring feasibility and compliance.Manage team workload and provide guidance on planning methodology and tools.Liaise with project managers to align planning strategies with Client Requirements.Supervise preparation of Look Ahead Plans and ensure coordination with site teams.Evaluate Progress Monitoring Reports and direct adjustments as needed.Lead efforts in Project Management Planning Support and schedule forecasting.Validate and control Baseline Updates, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.Monitor Corrective Actions Implementation and assess effectiveness.Support Claims and Extension of Time (EoT) processes with technical justification.Approve final Periodic Reports and ensure accuracy before submission.Technical Requirements·       Minimum 7 years of relevant Experience·       Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Architectural)·       PMP or PSP certification is highly preferred·       Advanced analysis techniques·       Advanced use of Primavera P6 and reporting tools·       Excel Expertise·       Proficient in Earned Value Management (EVM) – SPI, CPI·       Solid understanding of contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and delay analysis
