Your ContributionSupport regional and global initiatives in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, and Taxes, including process improvements, consistency of practices, and data accuracyCost Management and Reduction: Identifying areas where costs can be reduced without affecting delivery performance, such as negotiating with suppliers, optimizing resource usage, and reducing waste.Budget Variance Analysis: Investigating and explaining variances between the actual financial performance and the budgeted figures to understand discrepancies and take corrective actionsInventory Management: Ensuring optimal inventory levels to balance the costs of holding inventory with the need to meet production schedules and delivery performance demandsFinancial Compliance: Ensuring that all financial operations comply with Mexico, industry and MAHLE regulations, standards and procedures, including Authorization & Signature Guidelines.Performance Metrics and Reporting: Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor plant performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvementsYour Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced degree (such as a master’s in business administration or a master’s in finance) are preferred or considered a plusFluent in EnglishMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial or plant controlling, accounting, or a related role within the manufacturing or distribution management industries, preferably in automotive related.Proven experience in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Experience in managing and leading a team, with strong leadership skills.Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial management software.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry-specific requirements, especially for MexicoOur OfferWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities, attractive salary & extensive personal benefits.
