PLANT DIRECTOR as INTERIM MANAGER (Dönemsel Yönetici) FOR OUR MULTINATIONAL CLIENT IN THE GREATER ISTANBUL AREAWe’re seeking an experienced Plant Director with proven experience and knowledge in production operations, multifunctional management skills and expertise in industrial relations.This is a strategic and hands-on role in a multinational company culture.Apply today or share this job posting with your network.Our client is a manufacturing facility of an international company in energy sector established as a subsidiary of a French Holding of Group Companies.We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Director who will work in Interim Manager (Dönemsel Yönetici) status .This role is the top management role in the Turkish Organisation.and all functions except finance and sales are reporting to this position.Key Responsibilities and challenges during the assignment period :Recovering and reaching the production- respectively the net sales level given in the budget.Decreasing the stock level and reaching the target in an acceptable period.Strongly working on improving relations with the union and ensure labor peace in the plant within the next 4 months.Working on improving the production efficiency.Establishing a good relationship with the trade union.Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law and company policiesManage leaders and employees through change and growthThe ideal candidate should have the following profile and respectively competencies:Graduated from engineering faculties of universities preferably electrical engineeringAt least 15 years of experience in a similar roleMany years of active experience in industrial relations as employer representative.Strong leadership skills , target orientation and decision-making skills.Very strong interpersonal skillsLean Management skills.Basically very strong soft skills in all.
