We are committed to building meaningful careers and place the highest priority on the well-being of our team.Role OverviewRole Name: Plant HRBPReporting to: Lead HR-ManufacturingKey ResponsibilitiesManaging complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.Aligned with business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining job descriptions for all unique positions.Managing HR Operations and employee relations across manufacturing plant.Supporting through key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities.Employees connect and employee engagement.Managing employee communication and rewards & recognition.Supporting the business in having critical employee conversations; providing feedback for improvement, employee retention and so on.Key Qualifications:Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferableExperience: 4-8 years of experience.Experience handling blue collared manpower.Languages: English and Hindi.Interested?If this role sounds like you, then apply with us!
