Job SummaryResponsible for managing a manufacturing plant in Penang and owning the full P&L of the plant.Drive all functions at the site level like Operations, Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Customer service, HR, Finance, and IT. QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience within plant management and manufacturing operations.Experienced in managing full plant P&L.Must be willing to work onsite.Strong communication, management and supervisory skills.
