Plant Manager

Reports To: Director of OperationsJoin a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps and valves as our Plant Manager, overseeing all aspects of production, safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time delivery of precision-engineered products for global customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily manufacturing operations (production, maintenance, quality, logistics).Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, API).Optimize production schedules, costs, and efficiency through lean principles.Develop and mentor supervisors, engineers, and production teams.Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and support new product launches.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).8+ years in plant or operations management—experience in pumps, valves, or precision machining preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
