PLANT MANAGER - PERMANENT - RENEWABLE - GRONINGENG2 have an exciting opportunity to share with you.A client who is working in the renewable/green space is looking to expand their permanent team in the North of the Netherlands.They are looking for a Plant Manager to join their payroll and help to operate their renewable plant which is based in two location in Groningen.The client is looking for a Plant Manager who has experience working in the Waste Management, Water Treatment or Biogas/Biomass industries.You will be responsible for managing technical engineering and operating teams and having a helicopter view of both plants.Plant ManagerStart: December 2025 / January 2026Salary: €70,000-€90,000 per annum + packageLocation: Groningen, NetherlandsEnglish speaking - Essential skillDutch speaking - Preferable skill· Experience managing an operational team (up to 12 people)· Technical educational background (Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical)· Ability to handle the operations/ production of the plant· Experience working with customers and building relationships· Based locally· English speaking essential, Dutch speaking preferableThe client has an immediate need so has advised they would like to start interviewing candidates promptly.If you think this would be a good match for your skills and experience, or whether you believe this opportunity would be a match for your colleagues, friends or family, please get in touch with your CV's.Kr,Caitlin
