We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation.Plant Operator – St IvesJoin our team and grow your skills in a dynamic, hands-on role!We’re looking for a Plant Operator with a primary focus on weighbridge operations, but with the ambition to learn plant operation, mobile plant handling, and basic maintenance duties.What You’ll DoWeighbridge OperationsOperate the weighbridge and manage ticketing for incoming and outgoing materials.Handle IT-based administration and paperwork for weighbridge office operations.Coordinate transport with the distribution team and hauliers.AdministrationUse IT systems (SAP, Excel, Word) for day-to-day tasks.Support other admin duties as required by site management.Mobile Plant OperationsOperate loading shovels and telehandlers (training and licensing provided if needed).Maintenance SupportAssist with process plant maintenance as required.What We’re Looking ForWorking knowledge of IT systems (training provided where needed).A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.Flexibility to support both office and plant operations.What We OfferFull training and licensing for mobile plant operation.Opportunities to develop across weighbridge, plant, and maintenance functions.A supportive team environment with career growth potential.Why Join Us at Heidelberg Materials?At Heidelberg Materials, we don’t just offer jobs we build careers.
