Our company employs around 1500 people and serves 8.4 million people with a unique portfolio of quality brands.If you’re ready to discover and Open Up Your Potential, as part of a cohesive restless team that always wants to raise the bar and lead, join us at Coca-Cola HBC.We Play to Grow and Win, Do you?YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensures that our production meets all internal, external, and legal standards in the field of food safety and qualityCollaborates cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse teams to maintain and continuously improve quality-related standards and processesActs as an enabler for the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory requirementsCreates and coordinates programs to implement quality systems to ensure food safetyEnsures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements within their area of expertise, including documentation, audits, and reportingTake responsibility for identifying and resolving all quality-related issuesIt ensures the implementation and sustainability of the HACCP program, as well as defined procedures and quality standards (ISO 9001; ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000).Collects data, analyzes, and reports on QMS status and conditionsMaintains strong relationships with local authorities such as Public Health, Sanitary-Veterinary, Metrology, and Consumer Protection agencies, ensuring timely communication and adherence to legal standardsResponsible for the organization of laboratory work, for the work of technicians, for their training and developmentARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?University degree (biologist, biochemist, chemist, agricultural engineer, or food technology engineer)Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in beverage bottling or a similar FMCG environmentMinimum 1 year of experience in coordinating teamsSolid understanding of microbiological principles and their application in food and beverage productionFluent English speaker with capable writing skillsProactive, a go-getter with great passion and energyAn out-of-the-box thinkerAn entrepreneurial and independent spirit, not afraid of new challengesDiversity, Equity & Inclusion:At Coca-Cola HBC, we benefit greatly from the skills, experience and dedication of the diverse people who work with us.
