Our products are used mainly in the construction industry, and automotive /shipbuilding/ transportation industry as well as in energy and power networks, and mining/tunneling markets.Your RoleManaging end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of vacancies according to the company strategic resource plan, ensuring the recruitment process is conducted quickly, professionally, and by applicable legislationPartner with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and advise on sourcing channels, from job boards (e.g. Linkedln, Employee referrals, and advertising)Organizing the company visit and participating in career fairs and “open days” in university and technical schools, representing STOMANA, and attracting potential candidatesSupporting the management of third-party recruitment providers in addition to maintaining a suitable internal database and direct sourcing methodsHandle recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining relationships with past and potential candidatesManage the candidate offer process, including background verification, candidate correspondence, and support during the onboarding processYour ProfileAt least 4 years of recruitment experience ideally with technical roles; experience in manufacturing environments will be considered an assetHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (applicant tracking system)Experience in Success Factors will be considered advantageousExcellent communication skills and critical thinkingGood knowledge of English language and MS OfficeWhat we offer:This is a one-year fixed-term contract positionCompetitive base salaryMonthly vouchersAnnual vouchers of BGN 1200Medical insuranceAcademic programs fundingCommuting expensesMarriage and childbirth allowanceAll interested candidates are invited to submit their applications in English.All applications will be treated with high confidentiality!#STOMANA
