Plantation Head

We are seeking an experienced Plantation Head to lead and manage operations in our Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI). This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all plantation activities to ensure targets are met and sustainability standards are upheld.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage field operations teams effectively.Develop annual work plans and ensure timely implementation.Monitor and evaluate silviculture activities and HTI production processes.Design strategies for plantation management to improve productivity and sustainability.Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams, local communities, and government agencies.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in forestry or plantation, particularly in Industrial Plantation Forest (HTI).At least 5 years of managerial experience, with proven ability to lead teams and manage field operations.In-depth knowledge of silviculture, plantation management, and HTI production systems.Strong skills in planning, monitoring, and evaluating operational activities.Excellent communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders.*Please be aware that only candidates who meet the qualifications will be processed.
