Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Platform & Content Manager for our client – a leading retail company undergoing digital transformation. This key role will drive the ongoing development and optimization of digital platforms (web and app), ensuring seamless content delivery, product data accuracy, and a best‑in‑class customer experience across all digital touchpoints.The Platform & Content Manager will oversee the company’s website and app, ensuring they are user‑friendly, operate smoothly, and consistently present accurate information.Job scope:Monitor and optimize all customer interactions across digital channels (web and mobile) to ensure a seamless journey that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy Own the platform roadmap for web and app, managing backlog, prioritizing UX and performance enhancements, and aligning with business objectivesOversee daily content operations, including product catalogue management, translations, imagery, tagging, and SEO structureCollaborate with PIM and digital data teams to maintain content accuracy and consistencyPartner with marketing, CRM, and e‑commerce teams to support campaigns, activations, and customer engagement initiativesImplement test‑and‑learn cycles (A/B testing, heatmaps, click maps) to continuously optimize content and user experienceDefine and track key metrics for digital conversion, engagement, and overall CX performanceShape the CX vision and roadmap, driving omnichannel initiatives that integrate digital and physical touchpointsLead and mentor the CX team, managing external vendors and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
