This new role as Service & Production Coordinator will be a key link between our headquarters in Norway and our entity in Poland. The position covers coordination and administration of warranty, service and upgrade projects, as well as planning and optimization of production follow up activities together with our Production Follow-Up Team in Poland.Are you the new specialist on our team?DutiesWithin Service, You Will Be Responsible For Coordination and administration of warranty projects, service projects and upgrade projectsSupporting Service Engineer personnel (Planning of travel globally, Equipment and parts for project/job execution, Customer follow-up, Project administration and progress reporting to customers and internally, Closing activities and documentation for invoicing)Long-term strategic planning of personnel needs in close cooperation with all stakeholders in both Norway and PolandCoordination of Service Engineers for and during assignments, including travel arrangements, visa application processes and passportsEnsuring courses, certificates and passports are valid in cooperation with the Service CoordinatorHelping to build and maintain strong customer relationsAssisting the Service Manager in maintaining and expanding our Global Partner Network and coordinating third party resources in the field Within Production, You Will Additionally Support and coordinate the daily work of Production Follow Up Engineers in Poland, in close cooperation with the Production Follow Up Manager in Poland Contribute to planning, scheduling and optimization of production follow up activities to ensure smooth execution of projects Assist in aligning resources and priorities between Service and Production Follow Up functions Strategic planning and maintenance under test infrastructure located at factories to meet project requirement together with other stakeholders Collaborate closely with the Service Coordinator at our headquarters in Norway to ensure seamless coordination across Service and Production activities Travel between Norway and Poland must be expected as part of the roleRequired SkillsExperience with coordination of personnel and projects, preferably from the maritime industry Good ERP Systems and IT skills (Office 365 and third-party systems)Good English and Polish language skills – proficiency at a minimum B2 level Driver's license class BGood communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and with a structured mindsetMultitasker and ability to make things happenAbility to communicate well with customers in hectic situationsWhat we offerEmployment contract or B2B contractLots of exciting challenges in an international environmentMultisport card, life insurance and private health care co-financingFlexible schedule for starting hours Participation in various trainings and other forms of raising competencesGifts for newlyweds and for newborn babiesFruity TuesdayNo dress-code and friendly atmosphereYearly staff meeting
