In this key role, you will work closely with developers and QA engineers to support and evolve our platform. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native architecture is essential.What You’ll DoAs our first Platform & DevOps Engineer, you’ll shape how we build, deploy, and scale our SaaS solutions. Working alongside developers, QA, and key stakeholders, you will develop and maintain our Azure infrastructure, streamline CI/CD processes, and enhance automation. By embedding structure, security, and reliability into our platform operations, you’ll enable faster, more confident development and free up our engineers to focus on what they do best. You’ll be the bridge between development and operations, setting the foundation for how we work going forward.Your job scope includesDesigning, building, and maintaining scalable Azure infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC). Implementing and documenting best practices for platform security, observability, and performance. Enhancing deployment reliability, automation flows, and build transparency to support QA and test teams Collaborating with developers to define and refine DevOps processes, tooling, and ownership boundaries. Documenting infrastructure, environments, workflows, and test automation to promote transparency and reproducibility Migrating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines from TeamCity to Azure DevOps or GitHub actions. What We’re Looking ForYou have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Your educational background is in computer science or software development, and you have practical experience and thrive working in a fast-moving SaaS company. In addition, you’re:A responsible person, naturally holding yourself and others accountable. Service-minded with a natural ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, bridging the gap between developers, testers, and operations. Proactive and have an innate preference for solving complex problems, finding the best solutions. Motivated by building systems from the ground up, continuously improving systems, and enhancing processes and infrastructure. Naturally prompted to document solutions as they emerge, for future use.
