Platform Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with exceptional expertise in Kubernetes and strong English communication skills. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable platform solutions that support our development, deployment, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable Kubernetes clusters.Develop and maintain platform tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability, resilience, and observability.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across infrastructure and services.Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to optimize systems and workflows.Document platform standards, best practices, and operational procedures.Participate in on-call rotations and provide technical guidance when needed.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related roles.Expert-level experience with Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm, operators, networking, scaling, security)..Strong scripting skills (Python, C#, Bash, Go, or similar).Solid understanding of containerization, microservices, networking, and distributed systems.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsExperience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).Knowledge of security best practices for containers, cloud, and Kubernetes.Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, or CKS are a plus.
