Their core technology powers a suite of AI-native applications, including an AI-native analytics platform and an artificial employee designed for collaborative enterprise workflows.They are seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain the robust infrastructure and core services that form the foundation of their AI platforms. This role is at the forefront of AI and enterprise software, requiring exceptional technical expertise to ensure high performance, scalability, and security for sensitive enterprise data.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain core infrastructure and services that form the backbone of the AI platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliabilityBuild and optimize underlying systems that enable seamless integration of AI models into the platform, supporting Product EngineersDevelop and maintain APIs, microservices, and data pipelines for efficient data processing, analysis, and AI model operationsDevelop advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, including optimized embeddings and indexingImplement robust security measures and ensure compliance to protect sensitive enterprise dataCollaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to create efficient frameworks for AI model deployment and managementContinuously improve development and deployment processes, focusing on automation, monitoring, and observabilityDeploy on customer networks, including specialized environments like AWS GovCloud, ensuring secure and compliant installationsWork with Product Engineers to provide necessary building blocks for creating exceptional AI-native user experiencesRequirements5+ years of experience building platforms that support AI/ML model deployment and management in production environmentsStrong background in building and scaling robust, highly available systemsMust be a U.S. citizen for this specific roleBenefitsSalary: $200K - $275KEquity: CompetitiveVisa Sponsorship: Not available (U.S. citizenship required)Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates.
