Platform Provisioning Manager

We are looking for a Platform Provisioning Manager to take ownership of provisioning operations across multiple systems, ensuring secure and efficient access for employees and systems alike.The Platform Provisioning Manager is responsible for leading provisioning operations across Active Directory, Mainframe, and UNIX platforms, ensuring secure and efficient access management. This role includes developing strategies, managing provisioning workflows, and driving continuous improvement. The manager will lead a team of provisioning analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support global initiatives to strengthen identity and access capabilities.What You Will Do:Leadership & StrategyDefine and execute a provisioning strategy focused on AD, Mainframe, and UNIX platforms.Lead and mentor a team of provisioning professionals, fostering growth and accountability.Partner with senior leadership to prioritize provisioning needs and address operational risks.Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in platform provisioning.Policy & GovernanceEstablish and maintain provisioning Business Process Documents and procedures specific to AD, Mainframe, and UNIX.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001).Support regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive improvements.Technical OversightOversee provisioning lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding for AD, Mainframe, and UNIX.Implement access controls, authentication mechanisms, and audit trails to support secure provisioning.Ensure timely and accurate provisioning aligned with business needs.Metrics & Performance ManagementMonitor and report on key performance indicators including SLA adherence, turnaround time (TAT), request volume, Quality and operational efficiency.Use data-driven insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.Collaborate with analytics and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely metric tracking.Incident ManagementLead response efforts for provisioning-related incidents or access issues.Perform root cause analysis and develop remediation plans.Collaborate with security and IT teams to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with IT, Risk, Compliance, and other teams to ensure cohesive access management.Communicate provisioning strategies, updates, and metrics to stakeholders.Training & AwarenessDevelop training programs to promote provisioning best practices.Foster a culture of security and accountability through ongoing education and awareness.What You Will Need: QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field or equivalent knowledge 8+ years of experience in access provisioning or identity management or equivalent knowledge through education and experience. Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.Strong understanding of provisioning concepts, tools, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.PreferredMaster’s degree in a related field.Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.Working ConditionsStandard office environment with hybrid work schedule. May require occasional non-standard hours for global collaboration.Occasional domestic/international travel may be required.
