About The RoleJoin Liverpool FC as a Player Administration Executive and play a key role in supporting our football operations across the Women’s team and academy levels. This is an exciting opportunity to manage essential administrative processes, including player registrations, contracts, transfers, and compliance with governing body regulations.Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the game, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.What will you be doing?Facilitate and deliver the registration and re-engagement of LFCW players (First Team) in accordance with the regulations of the WSL, FA, UEFA and FIFA. This will include player contracts, registrations, loan agreements and transfer documents.Assist in the registration and re-engagement of LFC Men’s Academy players in accordance with the regulations of the Premier League, FA, UEFA and FIFA. This will include player contracts, registrations, loan agreements and transfer documents.Monitoring and recording LFCW player eligibility for all competitions.Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations of the various football authorities, and that all relevant paperwork, submissions and returns are completed on time.Nominated Club user for the WSL/Premier League Player Registration portal.Nominated LFCW Club user for the FIFA Transfer Matching System (TMS) ensuring completion of international transfers, ongoing monitoring of player passports and recording club to club payments.Point of contact with agents regarding LFCW player/agent contractual queries.Point of contact with Club’s Finance department regarding associated financial implications of LFCW player transactions including transfer fees, agent commission, levies, training compensation and solidarity contributions.Completion and monitoring of work permit processes for LFCW players.Assist with other areas within the Football Operations department as required from time to time.Who are we looking for?To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong understanding of the rules and regulations that govern football, including WSL Regulations, FIFA RSTP, and FA Agents Regulations, along with practical experience applying them. You should have knowledge of FIFA, Premier League, and FA systems to ensure compliance with submission processes. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you’ll manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key for building positive relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll have experience drafting contracts, loan and transfer agreements, an understanding of GDPR, and an appreciation of working within an elite sports environment. Knowledge of immigration laws affecting international sportspersons and existing relationships with football’s governing bodies would be advantageous.Why should you apply?This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week.
