PLM Administrator / Windchill Support Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: PLM Administrator / Windchill Support EngineerLocation: Sweden Experience: 3–8 years About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive PLM Administrator to join our Engineering Enablement team. You will maintain and optimize PTC Windchill (or similar PLM systems), support product data management, engineering processes, and product development best practices, and work closely with global R&D teams.This role is based in Sweden and working knowledge of the Swedish language (mandatory) for effective collaboration. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support PLM systems: configuration, user access, data management, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to implement PLM workflows and process improvements.Maintain documentation, support data migration, and contribute to modernization initiatives.Use Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) for continuous improvement projects.Engage with Swedish and global teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Required Skills & Experience3–8 years in PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill.Strong knowledge of product data management, engineering processes, and change management.Hands-on experience in system configuration and end-user support.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to distinguish system vs. process changes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.Swedish language proficiency (mandatory). Preferred QualificationsExperience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with data migration, CAD integration, and R&D workflows.Prior exposure to global R&D environments and digital transformation projects.
