PLM Materials Coordinator (Contractor)

GENERAL FUNCTIONThis role is responsible to populate and maintain System materials database for all WWW brands, aligning to Materials team, Brand and T1 shoe factory to ensure timely delivery of the seasonal materials price needs. PRIMARY DUTIESDaily entry the new material data into Centric system. Bulk input new material data and update carryover material price seasonally.Support to chase seasonal material price file from suppliers.Validate the information with suppliers to make sure the data is accurate and follows the format. Clean and eliminate duplicates, create uniform identity for same materials across all brands. Follow up the drop, add and updates supplier updates ensure final product source is accurate in the database. Collect the plan of Lunar New Year and unexpected events from suppliers to avoid big impact on delivery. Support the value projects. E.g. costing saving, localization, transit plan, sustainability etc. Chase and track signed document from suppliers.Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 3+ years’ experience in shoes industry or related industries.Computer literate, MS Office applications & MS Outlook. Experience in database management is advantageous.Excellent time management and communication skills.Do careful and responsible. Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment, highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Mandarin Chinese speaker preferred. Written and spoken English essential.
