This role requires an individual with extensive field experience and a solid understanding of plumbing systems, adhering to plumbing codes, and safety standards.ScheduleMonday - Friday, 5AM - 1:30PMMonday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30PMPay Rate: $35 - $39/hourEssential FunctionsDiagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, fittings, drainage systems, sewer systems and appliances.Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools including jet machine, power cutter, and threader.Perform drain maintenance using snakes, augers, and hydrojetter.Document work orders and maintenance activities in the ticketing system.Appliance repairs as directed.Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.Adhere to client’s safety regulations, legal restrictions, and building codes.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.All other duties as assigned.Skills & ExperienceWhile not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively.
