This role is ideal for an experienced, high-calibre sales leader who is driven and prepared to work hard and contribute to the ongoing success of Plumbing World.
Not only will you lead a team of Territory Managers, you will also be involved in both strategic decision making for the region and maintaining a strong relationship with all aspects of the wider network, so you will be working closely with branch managers, the regional manager & customers. This role requires a hands-on leader who has the ability to not only coach, mentor, and support a sales team but also help seek out new business opportunities.
Please note, with 16 branches in the Region, there will be travel and overnight stays required as the region starts from the Bombay’s up to Kerikeri. What You’ll DoDrive strategy: Shape and execute sales plans that fuel regional success. Lead & inspire: Motivate and mentor your team, lifting performance across the board. Build relationships: Connect with customers, branch managers, and key stakeholders. Deliver results: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and lead with insight and impact.
