We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO professional to drive strategic project governance, enhance delivery frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in aligning project execution with organizational goals, enabling transparency, and empowering teams through robust methodologies and tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement governance frameworks and strategic PMO initiativesIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and recommend effective tools Facilitate Change Advisory and ITIL meetings; establish and manage steering committees Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, templates, and reporting processes Establish PMO methodologies and ensure strategic alignment with business objectives Proactively mitigate risks and resolve project issues to ensure smooth deliveryDefine and track KPIs to measure project performance and PMO effectivenessProvide regular updates on project progress to leadership and stakeholdersTrain teams and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on Agile, project management, change management, and risk management best practices🧠 Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in PMO setup and governanceStrong knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and project management methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in project management tools and automation platformsAbility to lead change and drive continuous improvement
