Participation in International ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesManage the overall delivery of programs or projects to achieve defined business outcomes.Define project scope, monitor execution, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within quality standards.Communicate across multiple stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and report outcomes.Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing teams to drive performance and decision-making.Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.Foster a collaborative environment where team members share ideas and solutions.Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize delivery processes.Implement best practices in project management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Mentor and guide team members to support professional growth.Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications7–12 years of experience in Program / Project Management (mandatory)Proven experience in stakeholder management, managing expectations and communication across multiple teamsHands-on experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)Business conversational English level (able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders)Nice to HaveSAP knowledge (not mandatory; strong Program Management capability is the priority)
