Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.Job Brief:We're hiring a PMO Lead to lead delivery operations across Jeeny's engineering teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive execution discipline, cross-team coordination, and visibility across all product and tech delivery cycles.Responsibilities:Delivery Governance & Execution RhythmEstablish and maintain the PMO governance framework, delivery methodologies, standards, and processes across the organizationImplement organization-wide project lifecycle standards (intake, prioritization, approval, execution, closure)Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and documentation requirementsLead sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and release readiness across engineering teamsDevelop and maintain execution dashboards, tracking velocity and delivery healthEnforce Jira process discipline and implement reporting automationEnsure consistent sprint execution and delivery alignment across Tech, QA, and ProductEstablish a predictable and efficient delivery rhythm across the tech organizationCross-Team Collaboration & Dependency ManagementStandardize Jira practices, sprint cadence, and release tracking across teamsDrive cross-functional coordination to resolve execution dependencies and blockersAlign delivery timelines with product and business roadmapsAct as a strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadershipMaintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholdersFacilitate PMO governance forums such as Steering Committees, and Delivery ReviewsEnsure alignment between Tech, Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders on priorities and resource allocationPerformance Metrics & ReportingDefine and monitor engineering performance KPIs (e.g., PR cycle time, sprint velocity, blocker aging)Collaborate with People & Culture to provide input on engineering performance assessmentsPartner with Product Ops to deliver accurate delivery forecasts and OKR reportsTeam Leadership & Coordination OversightManage and coach Project Coordinators and junior TPMs to ensure alignment and execution excellencePromote consistent Jira usage, sprint discipline, and reporting standards across teamsBuild scalable coordination frameworks and ensure transparency in delivery performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred)4-6 years of experience managing technical projectsProven experience managing end-to-end delivery of software projects, ideally within Agile/Scrum frameworksProficient in Agile/Scrum practices, JIRA, and effective cross-functional communicationPMP or Scrum Master certification preferredHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking/reporting toolsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills - able to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, QA, and Design teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and delivery excellenceSkilled in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource planningStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)BenefitsWhat we offer: Market Competitive Salary 💰 Hit the ground running with a salary that reflects your worth in today's market Learn & Grow 📚 Level up with real-world projects, cross-functional job rotations, hands-on mentorship, and expert-led sessions tailored to your growth International Exposure 🌍 Collaborate across borders with teams in KSA, Jordan, Pakistan, and UAE—experience a global career from day one Health Insurance 🏥 Full health coverage so you can focus on your goals with peace of mind OPD Coverage 🏥 Outpatient visits?
