Job Description

Lead the company's strategic move into real estate tokenization. This role focuses on understanding the Pakistan Virtual Real Estate Authority (PVARA) framework, reviewing all applicable bylaws, and driving the application process for tokenized property projects. The Senior Manager will also research international models to ensure the company adopts globally competitive practices.Responsibilities:Regulatory & Compliance:- Conduct a thorough review of PVARA bylaws, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.- Prepare and manage the company's application for property tokenization, ensuring full compliance.- Act as the main liaison with PVARA, SECP, and any other regulatory bodies.Research & Strategy:- Study global tokenization models (e.g., in the UAE, Singapore, USA, and EU) and advise on how these best practices can be adapted to Pakistan.- Evaluate blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and token standards suitable for real estate assets.- Identify potential risks, including legal, financial, and cybersecurity aspects. Project Planning & Execution.- Develop the business model for tokenized real estate projects, including ownership structure, revenue streams, and investor onboarding.- Work closely with legal, finance, and technology teams to design the token offering framework.- Prepare investor documentation (whitepapers, disclosures, marketing materials)RequirementsKey Skills:Deep knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics.Strong legal and compliance acumen with excellent negotiation skills.Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business strategies.Exceptional research, analytical, and presentation skills.Outstanding research, analytical, and communication abilities, with proven talent for crafting and delivering impactful presentationsCompetencies:Strategic thinker with a solution-driven mindset.High ethical standards and attention to detail.Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
