PMO Manager – AI & Data Projects

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and governance of cross-functional programs within the PMO portfolioEstablish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks for AI/Data initiatives. Establish and maintain program-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for executive visibilityPartner with business and technology leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and delivery roadmapsEnsure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements, including responsible AI practices. Implement and evolve PMO standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform)Work closely with Regional PMO and Head Office to ensure right PMO Framework is adhered.Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and change control across complex initiativesMentor project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical leadershipDrive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignmentSupport portfolio prioritization and resource planningQualifications And Education Requirements10+ years of experience in program/project management, with 3+ years in a PMO leadership roleProven success managing large-scale, multi-stream programs across business and technology domainsStrong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Power BI, Planner, and TeamsExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams.Experience in organizational change, digital transformation, and agile/hybrid delivery modelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
