This role is ideal for an experienced project professional who excels in structured environments, drives operational excellence, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, refine, and maintain project management methodologies, templates, standards, and best practices.Ensure all projects comply with PURE7’s governance framework and quality controls.Provide guidance to project managers regarding processes, documentation, compliance, and risk management.Track and monitor the project portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting of timelines, risks, milestones, and KPIs.Prepare portfolio dashboards and present key insights to senior stakeholders.Evaluate project proposals, scopes, and business cases for strategic alignment.Support cross-functional, high-impact projects by providing planning, tracking, and coordination expertise.Facilitate project meetings, milestone reviews, and steering committee sessions.Oversee risk, issue, and change management processes across projects.Identify gaps in project execution and recommend process improvements.Contribute to digitalization and reporting automation efforts.Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare regular status reports, risk logs, dashboards, and executive summaries.Support audit and compliance processes as required.Work collaboratively with technical teams, sales, operations, finance, and cybersecurity unitsEnsure clear communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.Qualifications5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO operations, or project coordination (preferably in IT or cybersecurity).Strong knowledge of project management methodologiesExperience with project management toolsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong reporting, documentation, and dashboarding skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.Effective written and verbal communication skills.PMO/Project Management certification is mandatory (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or equivalent).Proficiency in English (written & spoken).Why Join PURE7?Work in a rapidly growing technology company leading digital transformation programs.Contribute directly to strategic, high-impact initiatives within cybersecurity and IT domains.Opportunity to shape PMO processes and delivery excellence practices.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Access to continuous learning, international certifications, and professional development programs.Collaborative, innovative, and dynamic work environment.If you are an experienced PMO professional with strong project management expertise and hold a recognized PM certification, we invite you to apply for the Senior PMO Specialist role at PURE7.
