This role is based in Cairo and will support the CS Senior Programme Manager by providing insights on schedule, budget, scope, and risks. The individual will lead a team of PMO Specialists, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and maintaining high standards in programme delivery and reporting. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across multiple markets.What You’ll DoOwn and maintain programme performance metrics and reports Manage RAID logs, programme budgets, and change processes Facilitate key programme meetings and ensure escalations are resolved Oversee financial control, ensuring accurate budget forecasts and benefits tracking Support governance submissions and coordinate with central PMO Lead a team of PMO Specialists, providing coaching and aligning team goals with organisational objectives Collaborate with commercial teams to support growth initiatives Plan and manage resource capacity, recruitment, and professional development Establish accurate reporting mechanisms for performance tracking Influence relationships with internal and external stakeholders Who You Are5+ Experienced in project management or PMO roles, with a recognised qualification (e.g. PMI). Skilled in MS Excel and other MS Office tools Strong organisational and coordination capabilities Proven people management experience Able to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams Deep understanding of project management principles Demonstrates critical thinking and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments Not a perfect fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
