These entertainments are designed to create immersive, memorable, and emotionally fulfilling moments for people.The PMO will be part of a greater team that is supporting one of the firm’s multi-year digital transformation programs: Workforce Transformation. You will be providing hands-on and local support by running day‑to‑day administration of the project/s and the program. This role will support the greater team in managing projects, including governance, schedules , budgets, risks/issues, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Administration & Governance Own the portfolio calendar: stand‑ups, PMO cadence, steering committees, and tollgates Maintain the single source of truth for the portfolio (project register, charters, RAID logs, change requests, dependencies). Enforce standards/templates (status, business case, change control, lessons learned). Track milestones, critical path, and cross‑project dependencies; drive follow‑ups and action closure.Project & Stakeholder Management Report financial budget, progress, and any issues on projects. Check status of project and ensure documentation for milestones. Follow up on any delays to ensure smooth delivery of project/s, Work with stakeholders across various seniority to ensure project updates are shared.Reporting & Analytics Produce weekly and monthly portfolio reports: schedule health, scope changes, financials, resourcing, risks, and benefits. Build executive dashboards (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and crisp packs for governance forums. Ensure data quality (timeliness, completeness, accuracy) across PPM tools and trackers.Required Qualifications 5+ years in a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Portfolio Analyst role within IT or Technology. Hands‑on experience with PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (SharePoint/Confluence). Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience building management dashboards (Power BI or equivalent). Experience with project accounting and/or budget management Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through; comfortable driving cadences and deadlines.
