We employ more than 15,000 people globally to support our great brands: Levi's®, Dockers®, Denizen®, Signature by Levi Strauss & Co.™ and Beyond Yoga.About The JobThis position is responsible for the purchase order (PO) creation for the MX affiliate and distributors from LATAM (Argentina, Uruguay, Venezuela and Panama), with a scope of 12 thousand POs per year and 18 Million Units BU.Key Responsibilities Create purchase orders for for both regions MX and Distributors in SAP S4. Seasonal Material Master validation in SAP to ensure all variables are correctly set in the system for an smoothly PO Issuance:Product AdoptionSeason activationStd Cost creationPrice ConditionOrder Agreement Daily communication with SSM and Global Supply Chain on the PO issuance performance update. Work with Inventory Management Planners to issue replenishment purchase orders. Manage Pre-pack configurations and set-ups to ensure total buy quantities are aligned to size level pre-pack needs. Support with Purchase Order maintenance including changing transportation mode, splitting POs, updating Plant, VAS and Vendor details. Coordinate with Sales, Inventory Management Planners and SSM to manage Purchase Orders and resolve issues Submit the replenishment POs in case the vendors had a shortage in production, so the PO DESK needs to review discrepancies and release every week the new replenishment PO. Other responsibility is to receive all updates requested from Vendors through the SSM contact, updates like Exit factory change, Delay Code, price upcharge, Incoterm change.About You Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree, Industrial Engineer, Bachelor of administration, bachelor in International Business. English intermadiate Years and Type of Experience Required: 3 years in related jobs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: SAP MM Module is a MUST with deep understanding of different SAP transactions like (ME22N, MM60, ME12, ME5A) Excel advanced is a must APOPower BI or business intelligence software APICS certification is a plus Previouse experience in apparel industry is a plusLOCATIONMexico, D.F., MexicoFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday account.
