The Podcast Content Scheduling Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality organic content submitted to clients, including audio, video, and written content.Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcastsSubmit raw files for editing, oversee the process, adherence to client instructions and quality standardsEnsured all client-delivered assets undergo rigorous quality checks and reviewsDesign or oversee the creation of thumbnails and manage social media posts to promote episodes effectivelyReview edited content for quality and client compliance, managing revisions as necessaryTrack podcast performance metrics and present reports to leadership for insights and improvementAct as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and keeping them updated on project milestonesWork closely with editors and content creators to deliver high-quality podcast content.RequirementsSocial Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skillsProficiency in content planning, editing oversight, and analyticsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsAnalytical skills and knowledge of industry quality standardsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication and related field is preferredExperience in a similar role is preferredKnowledge of platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is a plusLocation: Gulberg III, LahoreTimings: 10am-6pmSalary Range: PKR 65,000 – 75,000Email: fahad@ghamarketing.com
