The Podcast Mission develops strategies and builds products that serve creators and listeners interested in podcast and video content. As the #1 podcast platform in the world, we look to continue improving and scaling the experience of podcasts on Spotify. We build and maintain products like Spotify for Podcasters, Megaphone, and Chartable, and are always eager to provide creators with easy ways to increase their audiences on Spotify and give them new innovative means for monetization.In Korea, we’re growing our video podcast ecosystem and deepening relationships with creators and media partners shaping culture. We’re looking for a Podcast Partner Manager who is both a strategic thinker and an operational powerhouse—and above all, a true fan of music, podcast, and video culture. This is a 10-month contract role reporting directly to the Managing Director of Korea.What You'll DoBuild and grow Spotify’s video podcast ecosystem in Korea by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential creators and media partnersAct as a trusted partner across both independent creators and established media companies, clearly articulating Spotify’s platform value and growth opportunitiesDevelop a strong understanding of the Korean creator and media landscape to inform acquisition and partnership strategyLead on-platform growth initiatives, managing editorial surfaces and optimizing content placement to connect the right content with the right audiencesPlan and execute 360-degree promotional campaigns for key video podcast launches and tentpole cultural momentsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and global Creator Partnerships teams to ensure local initiatives align with broader business goalsUse data and insights to inform strategy, track performance, and continuously refine how we support creator & media partners growthWho You AreYou understand both independent creator dynamics and structured media organization workflows, and know how to navigate each effectivelyYou know how to identify high-potential creators and build meaningful, trust-based partnerships that drive long-term growthYou are experienced in business development and product advocacy, with a track record of designing and managing scalable programsYou have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tools like Tableau or Looker to translate complex data into actionable insightsYou are highly organized and can manage editorial calendars, campaign workflows, and multiple creator relationships with minimal supervisionYou communicate fluently in Korean and English (written and verbal), and can confidently bridge local partners with global stakeholdersYou care deeply about creator culture and are excited about shaping the future of video podcasts in KoreaWhere You'll BeThis role is based in Seoul, KoreaWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
