Job responsibilities:New client onboarding (incld. company setup, benefit setup, member data import, client logins, app access setup, card printing)Account maintenance, renewal, termination (incld. member data reconciliation, member data clean up, update or re-creation of benefit schemes)Query & Escalation management from insurers, client HRs, membersCreate benefit utilization adjustments for direct and insurer accountsAd-hoc physical card printing.UAT setup and testing for new businessData entry of medical chits submitted from clinics into the enrolment portalJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar related field5 years manual testing experience on both web and mobile apps.At least 2 years experience with UI Automation testing tools. Proven ability to analyse and solve problems in a service driven organization.Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively communicate with multiple levels within the organization.Ability to operate in diverse environments and cultures and enjoys working in challenging and fast-paced environment.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Self-motivated, especially with respect to learning new software tools and best practices in software quality assurance.Startup mentality: self-starter, proactive, flexible.We are part of HMI Ltd.
